Lara provides dietetic counseling for individuals and families using a proactive, non diet approach to help patients improve their health. Lara can customize a nutrition plan that fits your lifestyle. Lara specializes in weight loss, sports nutrition, and fitness. Lara utilizes the latest scientific research and most effective tools and methods to achieve results. She facilitates ongoing communication with the client’s healthcare team and provides the referring physician with progress notes and recommendations.

Initial consultations are approximately 60 minutes; follow up visits are approximately 30 to 45 minutes. All individual nutrition consultations include a thorough nutrition assessment, meal planning tips, nutrition education, goal setting, and referrals to other health care professionals when appropriate.
